How can I add a Credit or Debit card?

Adding a credit or debit card is very simple and just following the below steps makes it more easy for you:

  1. Firstly you have to Login to your clientarea by using the username and password
  2. Click on the Billing from the sub menubar and select Payment Methods.
  3. In Payment Methods you will get a  Add New Credit Card button click on it.
  4. After that enter the details of your card like card number, expiry date, CVV number and registered card address.

    Note: It is important to ensure the address and postcode/zip given is the same address your card is registered to, if the address does not match the card then payment will fail.

  5. Once you have filled all the details click on Save Changes button, your card will now have been successfully added and saved.

I have saved a card, how do I now make a payment?

  1. Click Billing > My Invoices
  2. Search for the invoice you want make payment and click Pay Now
  3. The card you have added will get selected, Click Pay £x.xx to make your payment.
