My Domain is Held on Someone Else’s Account
If your domain is held on someone else’s account and they looked after it, and from many days you have no contact with that person and you think you have lost management. Then there are a few ways that you can get it back, just by following the below steps.
Contact them and request it to be transferred
Contact the one who has your domain and ask them to submit a transfer request. For these you will need them to do the following as mention:

- Need to request a domain transfer, for doing this they need to go to support and choose manage support tickets then click submit ticket.
- Select the option feedback > my domains > choose the domain in question and the ticket type has to set “Billing Query”
- You will then just need to let us know that you simply need to transfer the domain to a different client, we will need phone number of the other clients so we can call them and get them prepared for the transfer.
