Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when you are eligible for a refund of fees paid to OwnWebServers Infrastructure Ltd. ("OwnWebServers", "we", "us").
1. Money-Back Guarantee
Shared, business, and reseller hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee on the hosting fee for new customers.
All other plans, including VPS, dedicated, GPU and cloud servers, include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
To request a refund, contact support within the applicable period (30 or 14 days) of your initial purchase. Dedicated servers also carry a minimum term; see section 3.3.3 of our Terms of Service.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, software licenses, and setup or administrative fees are non-refundable.
VPS and dedicated servers are billed for resources reserved and are non-refundable after the 14-day money-back period.
Payment processing (transaction) fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable on all payments.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments are non-refundable. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment processing fee, within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
