How to change the author of a post in WordPress?

Firstly you have login to your WordPress admin area to change the post author. Then navigate to Posts -> All Posts. There you will find Edit and Quick Edit option below every post title. Edit the post for which you want to change the author. A drop down menu for an author would be displayed, choose the author and then click on update. Now you can view the post with the updated author name.
