1)To login into your customer area please use correct Username and Password. Once you successfully complete first step you may see cPanel and its different features such as mail manager, Parked domains, Addon domains, FTP manager, File manager, Back up, Frontpage extension and many more.
2) Click on FTP manager to create a new FTP account . It will take you to a browser which has FTP accounts, Anonymous FTP accounts, Anonymous FTP message, FTP session control.
3) Click on FTP accounts that lead you to control FTP account for your user or if your account has sub domain support you’ll be able to add FTP account for your sub domain.
4) Click on Add Account so that a new FTP account get created.
5) For your FTP account, create a new Username and Password.
6) During this cPanel can automatically create a subdirectory folder with an equivalent name as the Username however you’ll be able to change it if you wish to.
7) An account has been created you’ll be able to change password or delete.
