How to increase Mail box limit

An error “Mailbox Quota Exceeded” occurs when you try to log into your webmail . Follow the steps as given below to increase the “Mailbox” quota.

Step 1: Login to the cPanel
Step 2: Then navigate to Email accounts
Step 3: There is an option called “Change Quota” under every email account .
Step 4: For any user Select “Change Quota” .
Step 5: Then Increase the MB limit
