How to connect FTP using Transmit FTP client

Follwing steps will show you how to connect FTP using Transmit FTP client.

Step 1: Open Transmit client.
Step 2: On the right side of the screen enter your FTP details .

Server = Either your domain or the server’s IP address or Server hostname
User Name = Your FTP username
Password = Your FTP account password
Port = 21

Step 3: Click Connect.
Step 4: You can now see the files on your hosting account present on the right side of the screen.
Step 5: By either double clicking on the folder, you can navigate to sub-folders or to open the folder you can click the arrow on the left.
Step 6: Simply click and drag from either the server to move files or your local file system (on the left) to the destination you want.
