How to set up email signature in cPanel webmail

Following are the steps to set up email signature in cpanle webmail:

1. Click on Settings in the upper right corner of the screen, after logging into Roundcube webmail interface :

2. Click on Identities option as you are in Settings menu :

3. After that select the needed Identity (email address you would like to set up signature for):

4. You’ll see Standard Signature Box, at that place you can create a simple text email signature. Checkmark HTML signature checkbox if you wish to use HTML:

You will be able to add images in HTML signature interface , links or HTML code.

5. Do not forget to click on Save, Once your signature is created.
