Q. How much time will it take to setup my hosting account?

Ans. OwnWebServers VPS Hosting plans and Semi Dedicated Servers are configured to access to your server administration panel within 4-6 hours after order verification phone call. Usually in case of Dedicated Server order, server provisioning is done within 24 hours after order verification call.

Order verification is made by our verification department as soon as you make the payment for a server order. the only occasion is that the server provisioning will be delayed, is within the case of AN order that receives a high fraud score. to confirm that your order is verified and therefore the server is set-up quickly please refrain from using an email address of a free email service, and forever make sure that you enter correct billing information like first name, last name, phone number, address etc.
