How To Solve The Error Magento SSL Not Working?

If you see that SSL isn’t performing on your Magneto web site, it should be the case that the SSL certificate isn’t activated. For enabling it you need to follow the steps mentioned below :

  • Login to your Magento admin panel.
  • Navigate to the option – ‘System’ > ‘General’ > ‘Web’
  • Then click on the ‘Secure’ option.
  • Select ‘Yes’ for the choice– ‘Use Secure URLs in the frontend’ and ‘Use Secure URLs in the Admin’.
  • You also have to check the ‘offload header’ as SSL_OFFLOADED.

If SSL is perfectly activated, your Magento store address can change from HTTP:// to HTTPS://. but just in case if it’s not operating even after implementing the steps mentioned on top of, you need to check if there’s any issue with the database.
