How to Delete your Email Accounts in cPanel?

Users will delete their email accounts in cPanel as simply as they’ll create a new one.

Note: Before deleting your email account, we advise you-

• All of your important email messages need to take backup.
• With another email address Catch any email sent to that address .
• Remove the e-mail address from all the websites, forms, on-line accounts, etc. or replace it with a replacement one.
• By setting up an email autoresponder and\or email forwarding continue the communication after deleting the account .

Moving on,To Delete Email Account in cPanel

1. Log in to your cPanel account.

2. In the EMAIL section Click on Email Accounts.

3. A list of your current email accounts will get appears. Choose the e-mail account you would like to delete and click on the Delete button.

4. A message asking you to reconfirm the deletion that show a warning- ‘All the information related to the e-mail account(s) are going to be for permanently deleted.’ Click on DELETE.

The email account will get deleted with a success message that flash on screen.
