Apache Errors with Litespeed

You might receive an error as below, when adding a domain OR while restarting the web hosting services.

Apache detected an error in the Rewrite config.

/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd: line 18: /usr/local/lsws/logs/ap_cmd_param.log:
Permission denied

/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd: line 20: ulimit: virtual memory: cannot modify
limit: Operation not permitted

Syntax error on line 1 of

Invalid command ‘CacheDisable’, perhaps misspelled or defined by a module
not included in the server configuration

Due to the permissions on the log file is incorrect you may receive this error OR because of the .htaccess file has a incorrect rules its conflicts with litespeed.

Set permissions on the log file due to which it can be modified/written easily.

# chmod 755 /usr/local/lsws/logs/ap_cmd_param.log

Under the account modify the .htaccess and remove the conflicting rules OR modify them.
