Account Creation Status: failed

When re-creating an account OR restoring a backup file, you may receive an error as below.

Account Creation Status: failed (Sorry, a mysql user with the name username already exists.)checked xxx files…..

You receive this error as a result of the MySQL user was not removed from the server. An alternate is to restore the account with option force OR delete the MySQL user.

Try restoring the account after deleting the MySQL user.
