Connection to storage server failed
When making an attempt to access roundcube via webmail you receive a error given below. You receive it even though there’s enough space on the server & allotted to the hosting/email account.
Connection to storage server failed.
By performing cPanel updates on the server fix can be applied & restarting mail service.
Log in to your server via SSH as root & execute the command as given below.
/scripts/upcp –force
Once you are completed with cPanel updates, restart mail server executing with command below.
/etc/init.d/exim restart
OR
service exim restart
After all process, try accessing roundcube via webmail & it should work. The above fix are often applied on your own, as long as you have your managed VPS hosting India OR Dedicated server.
