[ACL] Access to context [/image/] is denied!

On a Linux server with litespeed installed, occasionally you won’t be able to view images on your web site. Any investigation the error logs you’ll see something as mention below.

[ACL] Access to context [/image/] is denied!

The result of the above error is due to the redirect rules conflict with the ones set in .htaccess file. You’ll have to review the redirect rules under your account and make rigth them.
