If you recently purchased a new account with ownwebservers.com, you will type the information as follow into the address bar of your browser:

http://yourIPaddress/whm (Example: http://1.2.3.4/whm)

If the domain name is already propagated, then to log into Cpanel you can use the domain name . For example:

http://www.yourdomainname.com/whm or http://whm.yourdomainname.com/
