How to Set Up Email Forwarding in cPanel

Email forwarding permits you to forward emails from one account to a different. It’s useful if you have multiple email accounts however wish all of your emails to arrive within the same inbox. To set up email forwarding, follow the steps given below.

1. Log in to your cPanel account using login details.
2. Go to the email section and click on the Forwarders icon

3. The Forwarders page will get open, on these page you will get two options.

  • If you wish to forward mail from one email account to a different, click on the blue Add Forwarder icon.
  • If you wish to forward the mail of all the addresses from one domain to a different email account, click the Add Domain Forwarder box.

Adding a single account forwarder

To forward mail from one account to different accountb :

  • Type within the name information (everything before the @ sign) of the address you wish to be forwarded.
  • Select the domain of the e-mail address (everything once the @ sign) from the dropdown box.
  • Fill within the email address you’d just like the emails to be forwarded to.
  • Click Add Forwarder

Below are the steps which explain how to forward mail from all the domain’s accounts

To forward all the mail sent to 1 domain:

  • Select the domain from the dropdown box.
  • Fill within the email address you’d just like the emails to be forwarded to.
  • Click Add Domain Forwarder
