In this tutorial we are going to explain how to install WordPress on a Windows server using Plesk Onyx WordPress Toolkit. This method will make easy to install an instance of WordPress. Let’s see these instructions.<\/p>\n

1. Log into your\u00a0Plesk account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Click on\u00a0Websites and Domains\u00a0<\/strong>in the left-hand panel.<\/p>\n

3. When the Websites & Domains screen appears, click the\u00a0Install<\/strong>\u00a0WordPress<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n

4. When you click Install WordPress a\u00a0pop-up screen<\/strong>\u00a0appears where you can fill in the details needed to set up the installation.<\/p>\n

5. Fill in the\u00a0Installation path<\/strong>\u00a0details. This tells Plesk which folder you want WordPress to be installed into.<\/p>\n

6. In the\u00a0Website Title<\/strong>\u00a0box, type in the name of your website.<\/p>\n

7. The\u00a0Plugin\/theme set<\/strong>\u00a0dropdown gives you the option to install a range of plugins or themes at the same time as installing WordPress. This is optional.<\/p>\n

8. The\u00a0Website language\u00a0<\/strong>should be set to the default language you want your WordPress instance to display in.<\/p>\n

9. The\u00a0Version<\/strong>\u00a0dropdown gives you the option to install current or legacy versions of WordPress.<\/p>\n

10. In the\u00a0WordPress Administrator<\/strong>\u00a0section, you can create the username and password for your WordPress Admin and provide an Admin email address.<\/p>\n

11. Once completed, scroll down to the\u00a0Database<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Automatic Update<\/strong>\u00a0Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

12. Plesk\u2019s WordPress Toolkit will automatically assign a Database Name, Table Prefix, Database Username and Database User Password for you. However, you can change these here, in the\u00a0Database Settings<\/strong>, if you wish.<\/p>\n

13. The\u00a0Automatic Update Settings<\/strong>\u00a0are the default update settings for the instance of WordPress you are installing. These can be used to automatically install WordPress core, plugin and theme updates for you as soon as they are released. You can make changes to the default auto-update settings here.<\/p>\n

14. Finally, click on the\u00a0Install<\/strong>\u00a0button to complete the installation. Once the installation is complete, the WordPress login screen appears for your new site. From here, you can manage your new website.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
