In this article, we\u2019ll show you the way to delete the e-mail account from your cPanel account. Users will deactivate email accounts as simply as they’ll establish new ones in cPanel.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Before you delete your email account, make sure to take a backup of all of your essential emails.<\/p>\n

Using a different email address, any email sent to that address should be intercepted . On all websites Replace the email address with a new one , forms, online accounts, and so on.<\/p>\n

After cancelling the account make sure you set up an email autoresponder and\/or email forwarding to keep the communication going.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s see the steps to understanding of deleting an email account in cPanel:-<\/p>\n

1. Go to your \u201ccPanel\u201d account and log in using username and password.<\/p>\n

2. Choose \u201cEmail Accounts\u201d from the “Email” section.<\/p>\n
